Etta, Chloe, and Rico
Just before leaving Shizuoka, Aya wanted to take us to Studio Mario. I'm not sure which American company to compare them too, but imagine a nice studio for kids to get their hair and make up done and get dressed up in either kimono or western style dresses (it also has everything for boys too). Of course all three girls were drawn to the poofy colorful dresses, but Aya, Eric, and myself all agreed that it should be a kimono. Etta and Chloe probably won't have another chance (at least not anytime soon) to wear a kimono again. The girls had such a great time! It was hard to pick out our favorite picture, but this is the one we picked out and Aya gave to us as a gift. It was supposed to be ready for pick up the day we left Shizuoka, but it wasn't. Aya sent it recently and I was so excited to see it. It is our favorite picture of the girls!!!!

This is SO adorable!!! I love it. And what a great way for the girls to remember Japan and their friend. :)
